Cake Superior’s cakes are made with the finest of ingredients – Eggs (Ballisodare Free Range Eggs), Irish Butter, Odlums Flours, Neilsen Massey Vanilla Extract and Fresh Fruit and Vegetables when required.
All my cakes, unless otherwise stated, have a layer of the finest Belgian white, milk or dark chocolate ganache. The type of chocolate used depends on the type of cake. Ganache has the same job as buttercream, however, ganache keeps cakes moist and fresh for 4 – 7 days. The ganache kind of acts as a sealant for the cake.
Never refrigerate my cakes unless I state you should. Please store them somewhere cool, away from sunlight. Never refrigerate!

Carrot Cake with Walnuts and a cream cheese flavoured buttercream.
Coffee and Walnut includes layers of coffee sponge packed with chopped walnuts and finished with a smooth coffee buttercream
Red Velvet Cake with a cream cheese flavoured buttercream. (can add fresh raspberry preserve if wanted)
